I want another high level tournament. I miss the days of gallivanting around Europe searching for tournaments. Play new opponents, make new friends, travel. Thats the life. Instead I am stuck in office most of the time, checking mice and html code.
I need more tournaments to keep myself from getting burnt out. I miss Manila!!!
I feel like I am back to the old job, the one where I worked on tech issues for xbox, listening to anal and dumb customers who just got the xbox coz they had too much moolah to spend.
And so, I am doing customer service again. This time building a webpage for the client. A client who has no idea what he wants and technical limitations. I did like to see them tackle html, or dreamweaver, or flash, javascript.
So work. Don’t expect to apply what you have learnt in school in your job. Just throw it out of the window and learn something else. Like electrical engineering. Or carpentry. Never know when boss wants a lamp rewired, or request a new table. Forget the degree, just a sheet of useless paper.
Well even though this is for you kiku, I shall still blog about normal things. Just the picture is for you.
Where is all the time going? Anyway, Saturday I went for a wedding. It was pretty. =) Congrats Kenric and Felicia!!!
And other things, I recently got my pay. And already found a big chunk of it will be spent on shopping and attending the 2 weddings I have to go for. But shopping for the weddings is fun. So… this is for you Kiku.
Like the dress? I walked through Isetan, Taka, Zara, and basically every store I saw in Orchard (besides Far East) until I found it at Forever21. Next week you will get another picture. But yeah shopping. Don’t think I have any savings this month =( poo. Time to get into online shopping. Cheaper.
And yesterday, was F1. My sister who didn’t grumble about this for once, she gave me her office access card and a few of us went up to her office at raffles city office towers, 33rd floor, birds eye view of the track. pretty cool. It kinda got boring after a while, but still, to see the actual cars right infront of you, even though far away, thats kinda cool. Vroom vroom. I was hoping something exciting would happen but guess only Force India was exciting. Vroommmmmmmm.
And as a prove to how fast those cars go, I can’t capture a decent picture with my camera. Too fast. Vroom vroom blurs in front of my lens.
October is nearly here! Means Manila is coming soon. Quite exciting!
So I haven’t been blogging in a while.

Found a job, waiting to start. Its kinda exciting yet scary at the same time. But I trust that it will be fine. =) At least I know I will be an good working environment!
Sing Opens came and past. Playing with FS White was not bad. But I really really felt we could have made the B pool finals. In some ways, I feel more settled into FS than ever before.
NUS Ultimate coming along fine, love love to play with them.
Missing AC training, but I will be back after SUNIG!

Its been good so far. =D
My 10th day on medication. Getting quite sick of it. Physio is good, but I can’t go anymore coz I ain’t an undergrad anymore. =(
I do really wanna stop taking drugs. Its bad for me. Help help help. Muscle strain go away please!
Training was not bad. 1.5 weeks more to go! Go AC Ultimate!

And I am glad things are going the way they should. =)
Fit together perfectly. But each piece on its one, shows us nothing.
Tomorrow I am going to take out my wisdom tooth. Top right one. I am not scared, after all I have had plenty of dental work done. But thinking of the ‘mandatory rest’ I have to take is just like… BLEHHHH. Restless me is really praying hard for a painless and complication-less extraction, so I would be up and running soon. Having said that, I am glad its just one side and not both. I would really look like a stuffed hamster if I had to take out the one on the left too.
I guess the timing couldn’t be more perfect. I am given time to rest the hamstring strain which, up to now, I haven’t managed to ease, despite the stretching. (Somehow, no matter how much I stretch, it remains tight and crampish) So yeah, dental work now, and I get a couple days more to recover from injuries, and then I can proceed onto Sing Opens preparations without glitches. =)
… at this time, i was having the best fun i ever had.

Its been a while since I have been able to look at where I am now, and say that I am content and nothing much is troubling me.
I am glad I can do that now. =)
